Terms of Service — Phone Enhancer

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Phone Enhancer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall and discontinue use of the application.

2. Permitted Use & On-Device Functionality

Phone Enhancer provides on-device system enhancements (including clean link sharing, photo EXIF purging, clipboard sanitization, on-screen text copying, and hardware kill switches). You agree to use the software solely for personal, lawful device management purposes.

3. Permissions & System Safety

You acknowledge that features such as "Select Anything (OCR)" and "Per-App Orientation Lock" rely on Android's AccessibilityService API, and "Notification Later" relies on NotificationListenerService. All processing occurs locally on your device. You may revoke any granted permission at any time through your Android System Settings.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

Phone Enhancer is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we rigorously test on physical OEM devices (including OnePlus, Google Pixel, and Samsung Galaxy), hardware features and OEM behavior can vary across Android firmware versions.
